Dr. Jones is board-certified in allergy and immunology with a focus on food allergy and the microbiome. He is also the Founder and Director of Rocky Mountain Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, in Utah, and Immunity Group Australia, in Sydney. He previously managed the Long-COVID program at Tanner Clinic. Dr. Jones provides compassionate care to both adult and pediatric patients.

He is an award-winning physician who commits countless hours to awareness and education efforts internationally through his nonprofit involvement, public speaking engagements and robust social media presence. He is a Cofounder of Global Food Initiative, a company dedicated to furthering food allergy treatment around the world. He also cofounded and currently serves as President of Food Allergy Support Team, a nonprofit that helps allergists learn and implement best practices in diagnostics and treatment. Dr. Jones serves as the Director of the Allergy Microbiome Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the science of integrated prevention and treatment of allergic disorders.
